Celem projektu jest promocja eksportu produktów o wysokiej wartości dodanej, poszukiwanie nowych rynków eksportowych i poszerzanie istniejących oraz wzrost konkurencyjności firmy. Czas trwania projektu: styczeń 2024 – luty 2025. Całkowita wartość projektu wynosi 41 736,00 EUR, z czego 20 868,00 EUR pochodzi ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Rozwoju Regionalnego. Zwiększenie międzynarodowej ekspozycji UAB "Baltled" poprzez eksport certyfikowanych produktów UAB Baltled specjalizuje się w badaniach komponentów elektronicznych i technologii oświetleniowych/optyki, opracowywaniu i produkcji urządzeń zewnętrznych, prototypów. Działalność firmy obejmuje badania produktów i technologii opartych na diodach LED, organizację procesów produkcyjnych, komercjalizację wytwarzanych produktów i technologii. Wraz z obecnością liderów rynku na Litwie i eksportem produktów do różnych krajów świata, rośnie potrzeba ekspansji na inne rynki zagraniczne. W tym celu wymagane są certyfikaty wytwarzanych produktów, dlatego firma zawsze ma rosnącą potrzebę certyfikowania swoich produktów przed ich eksportem. W trakcie realizacji działań projektowych planowane jest otrzymanie szeregu nowych certyfikatów dla linii opraw przemysłowych. Dzięki tym certyfikatom planuje się, że sprzedaż firmy za granicą znacznie wzrośnie, ponieważ firma będzie coraz częściej uznawana za wiarygodnego partnera. Projekt realizowany jest w ramach Inwestycji Funduszy Unii Europejskiej na lata 2014-2020 priorytet 9 programu operacyjnego "Edukacja publiczna a zwiększenie potencjału zasobów ludzkich" działania "Praktyki zawodowe i podnoszenie kwalifikacji w miejscu pracy". Cel projektu: Zapewnienie ciągłego utrzymywania poziomu kwalifikacji pracowników przemysłu maszynowego. Czas trwania projektu: 24 miesiące (grudzień 2020 – grudzień 2022) Projekt realizowany jest przez UAB "Stigma" wraz z partnerami – 13 małymi i średnimi przedsiębiorstwami przemysłu maszynowego.
